U.S. Shipping
Our publisher, CreateSpace, handles all activities related to order processing and fulfillment. Their estimated shipping dates are usually listed at 3 to 4 weeks, but from our experience, we find single copy orders usually take less time to ship, about 2 weeks. Bulk orders usually arrive in under 3 weeks. Below are the rates for economy shipping as of 2/21/2009.

International Orders
Our publisher, CreateSpace, handles all activities related to order processing and fulfillment. Their estimated shipping dates are usually listed at 3 to 4 weeks. Unfortunately, as of February 20, 2009, rates for international shipping are quite high. The most current rates are displayed in the CreateSpace checkout process. We would recommend purchasing the book directly from Amazon.com for more competitive shipping rates. 10% of proceeds from books purchased on Amazon are donated to charity, but can not be matched to a specific charity.

Order Status
Our publisher, CreateSpace, handles all activities related to order
processing and fulfillment. Please visit the CreateSpace website to view your order details, check on the status of you order, and track your order by following the directions below:
- Visit the CreateSpace website.
- Log in to your Member Account using your email address and password.
- From your Account page, click on "View My Purchases" located in the left hand navigation column.
- To track a package, click on the tracking number once the order is shipped and you will be redirected to UPS or FedEx's tracking pages.
Changes cannot be made to orders once they are placed. If you ordered the incorrect title, or the wrong quantity of items, please contact CreateSpace to cancel your order.

Returns
Our publisher, CreateSpace, handles all activities related to order
processing, fulfillment and returns. Their current Return Policy is as follows:
All returns/replacements require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, please contact us [CreateSpace].
Replacement
You may request a replacement for your purchase within 30 days of the order ship date for either of the following two reasons:
- We [CreateSpace] sent the wrong item
- The item received is defective (including damaged in transit, disc compatibility issue, or book defect)
Once you have requested and received your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, we [CreateSpace] will send a replacement, along with a postage-paid mailing envelope for return of the wrong/defective item.
For large bulk book orders, we [CreateSpace] may ask that you return samples of the defective books along with the book covers of the remaining items. The details will be included with the RMA.
Refund
Please note that you may not return books after purchase. However, we [CreateSpace] will replace defective merchandise.
We [CreateSpace] will not accept requests for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for any reason other than those listed above.
